Step 1: Create Account
Make an account on the Create Account page.
Bear in mind that you must enter a valid e-mail address since we will send a confirmation code to active your account to the e-mail address you give us.
Step 2: Make a Team
Go to your teams page. The bottom row, which is quite probably the only row in the table, is the create account form. Enter a name and select a playlist, then hit create. Information about the different playlists is available here.
Step 3: Invite Friends to your Team
The easiest way to find your friends is to use the search feature. Open the search region of the left bar, and type your friend's
gamertag.
When you have found a friend, click the "Invite to Team" button below their avatar. Click the name
of the team you want to invite them to, and an invite will be sent. They will be notified that an invite has
been sent, and they can accept or deny.
Step 4: Find a Team to Challenge
It is best to find a team close to your teams own level to challenge. The easiest way to find one is to go
to your teams page. Click on one of your teams that you want to find a game for.
On your team page, if you are the leader, there will be a "Find a Game" button below the name of
your team.
Clicking this button will show your team's position on the ladder. The best teams to challenge are those just above and just below your team. Click the "Challenge" button on the right side in the same row as the team you would like to challenge.
Step 5: Set Up Your Challenge
Now pick a map and gametype combination you want to play, and a time you want to play it. When you click
"Challenge," a request will be sent to the leader of the team you challenged. Once they accept,
the game will show up in the "Upcoming Games" box on your team's page. It is up to you to send a
message or friend request to the leader of the team you challenged so that you can set up the game when the
time comes.
Step 6: Report the Outcome of the Game
An alert will show up after the time you set the game for. Go to your alerts page, and find the game in the
list of Unfiled Game Reports at the top. Click "File Result Report" on the right. A page will show
with a list of games pulled from your Bungie.net game history that could have been the game you played. Look
for the correct one and click "Select" on the right. The results of the game will be filed and new
ranks will be calculated for both teams.
